Function room for hire

The community hall and function room are available for hire. You can hold a seminar, conference, meeting, party, educational or professional gathering at a brand new and natural local community centre situated just under 3 km from the centre of Midland and around 17 km from the centre of Perth.

    • Speaker and podium

    • Kitchenette (within the function room) with sink, kettle and tap water access (kitchen not for cooking)

    • Access to microwave

    • Resting lounge (112m2) with indoor garden

    • Self-serve tea and coffee stations

    • Outdoor children playground

    • Toilets

    • Your guests can also access our natural outdoor native and herbal gardens during break time.

    • $250 Monday to Sunday After Hours
      (6:30 pm – 9 pm)

    • $350 Half-day Saturday or Sunday
      (8:30 am – 12.30 pm;  1 pm – 5 pm) 

    • $550 Full-day Saturday or Sunday
      (8:30 am – 5 pm)

    Time and duration negotiable if needed. Additional time will incur an extra $40/hr. Please note we do not accept bookings later than 9pm.
