This class involves gentle exercise, either seated or standing, tailored to each person. It also involves activities such as learning calligraphy or origami to stimulate healthy brain function. This supportive community class will improve your vitality and wellbeing.

Program contents

Small movement-based relaxing exercise: enjoy a gentle exercise session in either a seated or standing position, tailored to their personal preference. 

Chinese calligraphy/origami: For participants with specific organ disorders or health issues, there are tailored activities designed to address and support their unique needs, promoting targeted wellness. For example, using hands to stimulate healthy brain function as per traditional Chinese medicine theories.
