This unique exercise therapy was created by the Founder of Ping Ming Health, Dr Ping Wang, who has been practicing for over 30 years and is delighted to share her valuable experience with you.
What you’ll experience:
Therapeutic gentle exercise techniques to encourage the flow of qi, promoting health and vitality
These movement based exercises target stimulating external points, using acupuncture channels to harmonise the health of internal organs.
Targeted breathing and stretching exercises to invigorate qi and blood flow, boost energy, and strengthen immunity.
Learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine and how the five organs work in your body (Heart, Lung, Liver, Spleen, Kidney) and how to maintain them.
